Create your Own Direct To Film (DTF) Apparel Heat Transfer via File Upload

Rather than printing to a shirt, we can print to a special film that you can then apply to your own fabric using a heat press. These are designed for those that want to use their own fabric (including polyester) or resellers. Unlike other online companies that use a third party, we design, print, inspect and ship our own products so you can be sure to get the finest quality print available.

Other than sizing the image to fit within the size of the DTF print ordered, we do not modify your image. Poor quality images submitted for printing will print poorly.

The 22″ x 12″ gang sheet is the most popular and cost effective size.

To ensure the best quality reproduction results:

• Create your file with a transparent background
• Save your file with a transparent background in a file format supporting transparent backgrounds (i.e.,  PNG, WebP,  GIF, BMP, TIFF, EPS). JPG and JPEG do not support transparent backgrounds. You will lose any transparency if saving in a JPG, JPEG format, or any other file format not supporting transparent backgrounds. In such as a case, the background will print
• Create your file in 300dpi or higher. While images will print well in most cases, 300 or higher prints the best. Images below 150 dpi will print grainy
• Pre-size your image to the width of the DTF print so you can determine if there is any distortion is your original image was not created in a lossless format. Images received not sized are automatically sized to the size of the print. We are unable to inspect the image for any pixel if the image is automatically resized to the size of your DTF print
• Remove an blank space around the image. If not removed, then the blank space will be included in the size of the image reducing the actual print size

We use Oeko-Tex certified high gamut premium ink combined with high resolution printing which gives you a beautiful reproduction of your image.
