RETAIL CUSTOMERS

All orders are shipped FOB Dingmans Ferry, PA.

We offer several options for your convenience based on the speed which you need your order. For orders shipped to a destination within the continental United States we offer the following shipping choices. We strive to process all orders within 24 hours. Times below are transit times and DO NOT include processing time. We are not responsible for delays outside the estimates below.

Shipping using this option is free on select orders over $40 excluding order containing large targets. Those orders will be shipped free when the order is over $250. Otherwise it is based on the weight and destination of the order. Economy and FREE Shipping is available to only within the lower 48 states of the U.S. and excludes cardboard backers.

Please note that we reserve the right to substitute carriers if we are able to find a carrier that can get your delivery to you faster at the same price.

USPS First Class Mail (2-10 Days) The USPS is no longer a reliable delivery service. You use this service at your own risk. We are NOT responsible for lost or delayed packages shipped via USPS

FedEx Smartpost (3-14 Days)

FedEx Express Saver (3 Days)

FedEx Next-Day (1 day) Available only for customer that have an established business relationship

All orders our usually shipped out of our warehouse in Northeast Pennsylvania.  Once shipped, your orders should arrive within the time table above. Cutoff time for shipping is 9 AM Eastern. Orders placed after that time, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the order. Your shipping options and the cost of each are displayed clearly during the checkout process.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) during normal business hours.

We do ship outside the continental United States to select countries. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and tariffs. Our FREE deferred shipping service is not available for shipments outside the Continental US.

Once your order shipment is electronically transmitted by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This tracking information will also appear in your account. You can track the item from there.

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel  or refuse any order.

RETURNS

Bumper Stickers and non-custom ordered Apparel come with a 14 day return policy. Seasonal merchandise comes with 30 return policy or seven (7) days before the holiday whichever comes first. You may return all other merchandise within 30 days of the receipt date for a refund less shipping charges. You may also return the item for a store credit.Customized apparel is not returnable. All returns must be in resellable condition. Please do not attempt to return merchandise that has been used or not in resellable condition. In such a case, the product will be destroyed at your expense.

The returns process is simple. You can initiate the return from within your account dashboard. Just find your order and select initiate return.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, we are more than happy to arrange for a replacement completely at our cost if claimed within 72 hours of delivery of the package (based on the tracking detail provided by the carrier). If you notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we usually can get you the replacement within the originally scheduled promised date. Otherwise, it will be done on a best efforts basis.

All returns shipped FREE Economy Shipping are subject to a restocking fee equal to our actual original cost of shipping the order. The restocking fee is meant to recoup the original shipping cost which we paid. Orders shipped by any alternative method are NOT subject to a restocking fee. In addition, if a package is refused or returned to sender for any reason, we will deduct the cost of actual shipping + return shipping – any shipping already paid in addition to a restocking fee of 15% to keep us whole. So, be sure you are having the package shipped to an address capable of receiving it. High value shipments or shipments to a high risk area may require a signature. We feel strongly that customers should not subsidize the purchasing decisions or errors of other customers. By passing along costs that are directly attributable to the customer that creates them, we are able to keep our costs low to all others

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Wholesale customers may use any method of shipping of their choice. We offer deeply discounted shipping rates to our wholesale customers. Alternative, we may charge collect to your negotiated UPS or FedEx accounts for a $15 processing fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

We do ship outside the continental United States to select countries. You should contact us directly by phone prior to placing your Ex-US order.

RETURNS

You may return defective merchandise for like exchange only. You may return resellable merchandise within 30 days of the receipt date for a refund less shipping charge. All returns must be in resellable condition. Customized apparel is not returnable. Please do not attempt to return merchandise that has been used or not in resellable condition. In such a case, the product will be destroyed at your expense.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 35% to 50% of the item.
