SHIPPING
RETAIL CUSTOMERS
All orders are shipped FOB Dingmans Ferry, PA.
We do not ship to the State of California.
We offer several options for your convenience based on the speed which you need your order. At the time of checkout, you will be presented with all the available options, shipping costs (if any) and estimated transit times.Â
Customers that request their orders be picked up at a participating retail location that do not claim their packages within seven (7) business days, will be assessed a 50% or $15 per item (whichever is less) + $0.99 per order restocking fee which partly covers the transportation and indirect costs of delivering to the retail establishment. Customized items are not refunded, but eschewed to the State.
Customers that request their orders be picked up at a participating retail location and later change their mind and request for the item to be shipped will be assessed a $10 fee + the cost of shipping. This fee offsets the cost of traveling to the retail store and reclaiming the package and well as other indirect costs.
Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the order. Your shipping options and the cost of each are displayed clearly during the checkout process.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) during normal business hours.
We do ship outside the continental United States to select countries. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and tariffs. Our FREE deferred shipping service is not available for shipments outside the Continental US. Customers are responsible for any custom/duties associated with the receiving country, if applicable.
Once your order shipment is electronically transmitted by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This tracking information will also appear in your account. You can track the item from there.
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
RETURNS
ALL TARGET AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL
Apparel comes with a 14 day return policy. You may return all other merchandise within 7 days of the receipt date for a refund less shipping charges. You may also return the item for a store credit. Customized products are not returnable. All returns must be in resellable condition. Please do not attempt to return merchandise that has been used or not in resellable condition. In such a case, the product will be destroyed at your expense.
The returns process is simple. You can initiate the return from within your account dashboard. Just find your order and select initiate return.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, we are more than happy to arrange for a replacement completely at our cost if claimed within 72 hours of delivery of the package (based on the tracking detail provided by the carrier). If you notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we usually can get you the replacement within the originally scheduled promised date. Otherwise, it will be done on a best efforts basis.

All returns shipped using free or flat rate shipping are subject to a restocking fee equal to our actual original cost of shipping the order. The restocking fee is meant to recoup the original shipping cost which we paid. Orders shipped by any alternative method are NOT subject to a restocking fee. In addition, if a package is refused or returned to sender for any reason, we will deduct the cost of actual shipping + return shipping – any shipping already paid in addition to a restocking fee of 15% to keep us whole. So, be sure you are having the package shipped to an address capable of receiving it. High value shipments or shipments to a high risk area may require a signature. We feel strongly that customers should not subsidize the purchasing decisions or errors of other customers. By passing along costs that are directly attributable to the customer that creates them, we are able to keep our costs low to all others
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
All order shipped FOB Dingmans Ferry PA 18328. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

You may return defective merchandise for like exchange only. You may return resellable merchandise within 7 days of the receipt date for a refund less shipping charge. All returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 35% to 50% of the item.
