What do these points really mean? Well, once you hit 100 points, you can redeem them for coupons towards merchandise at a ratio of 100 points to $1 for example:

1000 points = $10 off coupon, 2000 points = $20 off coupon and so on and so forth.

Points will accrue with EVERY purchase as long as you are signed in. Always make sure you are signed in when making your purchases on the website and ALWAYS make sure to log in at the time of making your purchase to ensure you receive all the Loyalty Points that you are entitled.

Well, it gets better. We have several level of thresholds geared to our best customers. Once you reach the next level, you will receive additional everyday discounts on your purchases for a year. It’s a way to give a special thanks to our most loyal customers.

Once you reach spend $2,500 in spend over the past year, you become a Bronze Member receiving 2% off your purchase (excluding wholesale sublimation blanks) and will continue to get that discount as long as your prior year spends totals $2,500 or more.

Once you reach spend $5,000 in spend over the past year, you become a Silver Member receiving 4% off your purchase (excluding wholesale sublimation blanks) and will continue to get that discount as long as your prior year spends totals $5,000 or more.

Once you reach spend $7,500 in spend over the past year, you become a Gold Member receiving 6% off your purchase (excluding wholesale sublimation blanks) and will continue to get that discount as long as your prior year spends totals $7,500 or more.

And now the fine details:

Points expire after 364 days from issuance. Program may be changed or discontinued at any time. In the event that we discontinue the program, you will receive an email announcing the discontinuance and will have 30 days to redeem any points that you may have in your account. Redemption coupons are good for fourteen (14) days from issuance. Use of points reduced the total purchase. If the amount is less than the minimum for frees hipping, the free shipping option will not appear at checkout. In such case, to get free shipping, be sure not to reduce your purchase price below that of the free shipping threshold. We reserve to right to deny the rewarding or redemption of points should we suspect fraud. A referral must be an unrelated person residing at an alternate address from the referrer. No points accumulate until a customer account is opened on the site. Purchases made using PayPal as the payment method do not ear dollar-based spend point. Our Rewards and Loyalty Program is reserved for retail customers. Points and loyalty tiers are not awarded to customers with special pricing arrangements such as wholesale customers.
