The following sublimation parameters are those that we use for our processes using our heat press, paper and ink. Instructions may vary depending on the type of heat press, sublimation paper and ink used.

We recommend pressing at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-1:30 minutes on light to medium pressure. Remove the protective film. The stack (top to bottom) should look like:

  • blank protective paper
  • sublimation print (face down)
  • Metal Panel (white surface up)
  • blank protective paper
