While all orders are legally shipped FOB Dingmans Ferry, as a courtesy, we are temporarily voluntarily providing one-time relief by reshipping or refunding orders requested to be shipped VIA USPS, but not delivered after 30 days. Our implementation of this temporary policy does not waive any of our rights as origination shipper under US Commerce Law.
